Andreas is 16 years old, and is at his first year at senior high school at Tangen, taking a special course for cooks. He wants to be a chef or a baker.

At home he prefers to play with our computer (which according to him is antique). He will soon buy his own, with much more ROM and RAM and giga bites and everything.

Andreas likes sailing, especially if he is steering the ship. The complete lack of TVs and computers on board is a disadvantage, even though this, to his own horror, has lately made him read a lot of books .
